Take a pause in your day over the next week to slow down and reflect. Take a warm shower, do your skincare routine, make a cup of tea, then grab your journal and start writing. Use the journal prompts below to help guide your writing.
Growing Pains. Think and write about the ways you have been growing and the areas you could grow in. Is it a struggle to grow or simple? How do you deal with the "uncomfortableness" of growth?
Remember the goodness. Reflect on the times that you felt the presence of God. Think of the times that you felt His love for you and the times He showed up in ways you couldn't do for yourself. Write them down and keep looking back to be reminded of His goodness and add to the list.
If I'm being honest...Write to God. Tell Him how you really feel in this moment. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Release your emotions and the thoughts you're too ashamed or scared to talk about. Tell it all to the God who wants to hear all about it.
